Challenge: The centre managed a large, multi-source dataset of rare disease patient records collected across hospitals and laboratories. However, the data was siloed, inconsistently annotated, and lacked interoperability—limiting its use for research, diagnostics, and regulatory alignment
Our Solution: NovaMechanics supported the patient management and FAIRification pipeline, and privacy-preserving structuring. We developed a secure, centralised FAIR-compliant patient database with flexible access controls, enabling integration with clinical decision support tools and national research initiatives.
